For customers located in the eu-central-1 region:
Poka will be unavailable between October 1st 10:00 a.m. EDT to October 1st 2:00 p.m. EDT (October 1st 2:00 p.m. UTC to October 1st 6:00 p.m. UTC)


How to know in which region you are ?

- Open the Poka web application in your browser (it won’t work on the Poka iOS application)
- On the top right corner, click on your profile picture; a side panel will open
- On the bottom of the side panel, you will see the name of your region (us-east-1, ca-central-1 or eu-central-1)

All users of the same instance are in the same region.

Comment savoir dans quelle région je me trouve ?

- Ouvrir l'application web Poka dans votre navigateur (cela ne fonctionnera pas sur la version iOS de Poka)
- En haut à droite, cliquer sur votre photo de profil ; un panneau latéral s'ouvrira.
- En bas du panneau latéral, voir le nom de votre région (us-east-1, ca-central-1 ou eu-central-1).

Tous les utilisateurs d'une même instance se trouvent dans la même région.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing some service degradation for some customers. Some users may be unable to consult videos on the iOS application. Videos on the Web, Android & Windows application are working. We are actively investigating this issue and will keep you updated.
